In anticipation of our new fall 2014 campaign, here is a behind the scenes look at our photo shoot that took place at the Nasher Sculpture Center. The fall campaign features a nice balance of art and fashion, which is very fitting for the unique, artistic atmosphere at NorthPark Center.

Captured in this shot is the Bronze Crowd by Magdalena Abakonowicz. These bronze sculptures can be found in the outdoor garden at the Nasher Sculpture Center. The Polish sculptor created the Bronze Crowd based on her experiences in her home country during World War II. She said of the work,  “a crowd is the most cruel because it begins to act like a brainless organism.”

What is truly remarkable about this piece is the level of detail ingrained in each of the larger than life figures. From a distance they may all look the same, but up-close you can see the individuality in each figure.  The spacing between the figures is also important. Viewers can walk between them, penetrating the solidarity of the group.  Our fabulous model is wearing stunning items from some of our luxury boutiques’ fall collections.
