NorthPark Center Announces 20 New Stores to Open in November 2005

NorthPark Expected to Emerge as One of the Top Five Retail Destinations in the United States with Sales over $1 Billion

DALLAS, Texas - NorthPark Center is pleased to announce the addition of 20 new retailers, scheduled to open in November 2005. These stores will add a larger depth to NorthPark's collection, especially in the trendsetter and classics categories. New stores opening in November include Nordstrom, Juicy Couture, Ted Baker, Puma, Porsche Design, Vilebrequin, Custo Barcelona, BOSS Hugo Boss, Charles David, Lancôme, Steve Madden, Apple Computer, Bose, White House|Black Market, Sigrid Olsen, J.Jill, Elisabeth, Cole Haan, Coldwater Creek and Chico's.

Juicy Couture: Created by two fashionistas, Pam Skaist and Gela Nash Taylor, this fashion line was created to be the perfect girlie collection. Juicy Couture was designed to make girls feel happy, comfy and gorgeous. Recently Pam and Gela have created a men's collection with the same vision in mind. Women and men alike can now live by the Juicy philosophy: Be happy Wear Juicy.

Ted Baker of London: Opening his first store in London in 1990, Ted Baker quickly became the place to buy some of the very best contemporary men's shirting.  Ted has maintained a clear focus on quality, attention to detail and a quirky sense of humor.  Now an International lifestyle brand, everything produced under Ted's name still has a unique personality woven into its heart, and all of the collections appeal to a broad range of style conscious men and women who are looking for that certain something a little out of the ordinary. Ted Baker also offers fragrances, footwear, eyewear, and watches.

Puma: Puma fuses creative influences from the world of sport, lifestyle, and fashion to provide consumers with innovative products. Apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women and children appeal to active, fashionable lifestyles and challenge the boundaries between sports and fashion.

Porsche Design: Porsche Design products, such as watches, pens, optical wear, golf equipment and luggage, are designed for men in their work life, home life, leisure life and sporting life. The "pure doctrine" of German
design infused in all of our products is melded with the sensuality and emotion which is found in all Porsche automobiles. Porsche Design
represents luxury and performance in its purest form.

Vilebrequin: A collection of men's and boy's swimming trunks born in Saint-Tropez 30 years ago, Vilebrequin is linked to jet setters across the globe. Basic swim-trunk styles are available in 150 patterns, each flawlessly crafted and finished in quick-drying tropical prints for father and son to match or contrast. All shorts come with a bag perfect for a wet suit and a water resistant case to hold valuables, which fits neatly into the swimsuit pocket. Sunglasses and shoes have recently been added to Vilebrequin's line.

Custo Barcelona: Custo Barcelona, launched in 1996 by brothers Custodio and David Dalmau, has quickly become known as an innovator in the design industry. Custo Barcelona first appeared on the fashion radar after stirring up the attention of the New York 1997 Spring/Summer Fashion Week. The company is now known for distinctive, original style through the use of a variety of daring fabrics and colors. New graphic effects and stamping techniques have also been added to expand the men's and women's collections and accessories to create a full fashion line.

elegant furnishings, accessories and footwear in addition to modern sportswear for both men and women.

Charles David: First launched as a wholesale distribution company bringing European shoes to the United States , Charles David has quickly become a leader in women's footwear. The first Charles David retail store was opened on Melrose Avenue in 1988, and the NorthPark store will be one of 25 retail stores nationwide. Charles David stores serve as a showcase for all three of the company's lines - Charles David, Charles by Charles David and, most recently, Exchange by Charles David. According to Charles Malka, CEO, shoes have always been about beauty style, comfort and quality. "Our customers have to feel that shoes are major, not just an accessory," says Malka.

Lancôme: Beginning as a French perfume-house in 1935, today Lancôme is dedicated to developing the new concepts in beauty which have trademarked its products for over 60 years. The Lancôme boutique at NorthPark will be the company's second independent store in the United States, and the first in the Southwest. Lancôme's full range of beauty products includes skincare, makeup, fragrance, sun and body care and hair care products.

Steve Madden: Steven Madden designs fashion-forward footwear brands for women, men and children. The Company has established a reputation for its creative designs, popular styles and quality products at accessible price points. In addition, six existing stores will be opening in a new location this coming November. These stores include Talbots, Papyrus, Aveda, Cache, Ben Bridge Jewelers and Ann Taylor/Ann Taylor Petites. This will be the fourth Ann Taylor/Ann Taylor Petites combined store in the country.
