NorthPark Gold Gift Coins may be purchased at the NorthPark Center Concierge, located on Level One near Neiman Marcus. The golden coins are a traditional favorite and are available in $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 denominations. The purchase price is the face value of the coins plus a 3% purchase fee.  Buyers receive a discount when paying by cash or check.  NorthPark Gold works like cash at all participating NorthPark Center retailers, restaurants, spas and theatres.  

NorthPark Gift Cards may be purchased at the NorthPark Center Concierge, located on Level One near Neiman Marcus. The preloaded cards are available in denominations of $20 to $1,000. The purchase price for the card includes the card denomination plus a transaction fee. NorthPark Gift Cards work like debit cards at all participating NorthPark Center retailers, restaurants, spas and theatres.

The following fees apply:

NorthPark Center American Express Gift Cards,

available in amounts from $20 - $1,000:

$2.50 fee (up to $249.99)

$4.50 fee ($250 - $499.99)

$6.50 fee ($500 - $749.99)

$8.50 fee ($750 - $1,000)

American Express Gift Cards,

available in $25, $50, $100 and $200 amounts:

$3.95 fee ($25)

$4.95 fee ($50)

$5.95 fee ($100)

$6.95 fee ($200)

Replacement fee applies to lost/stolen cards. If valid date expires, the remaining funds can be refunded/replaced.

Gift Cards issued by American Express and Purchased

Between August 22, 2010 and January, 2011

(the “Transition Period”)*

Earlier this year, Congress passed the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act, commonly referred to as the “CARD Act”.The CARD Act protects gift card consumers by placing limits on the fees and expiration dates that issuers may impose with respect to gift cards.

1. The funds on Gift Cards issued by American Express never expire.

2. Gift Cards issued by American Express have no fees after purchase (including dormancy, inactivity or service fees).

3. If the Gift Card issued by American Express purchased by you during the Transition Period does not meet all of the disclosure requirements of the CARD Act, or reflects an expiration date of less than five years on the date you purchase your card, you are entitled, upon request, to a free replacement Gift Card issued by American Express, including its packaging and related materials, that does meet all of the requirements of the CARD Act.
